When an advertising approach has been used to drive dramatic growth in a number of countries it makes business sense to stick with the same model wherever you can. However, in the UK our advertising rules and regs are the strictest in the world, so in Alpecin’s case this wasn’t possible.

We worked with the business owners in Germany to develop a strategy that worked within the UK regulatory system and complimented Alpecin’s global strategy. The approach was a huge success – Alpecin is now the country’s second best selling men’s shampoo.
